Zachary Wolf
Zachary Wolf founded Wolf Capital Partners in 2019. The firm buys commercial properties in Houston that are underperforming because of poor management, deferred maintenance, or capital problems, and turns them around through hands-on leasing, repositioning, and operational improvements. Today the firm owns and operates a portfolio spanning medical office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets, with a track record of realized exits and long-term holds across each.
Zach leads acquisitions, underwriting, and capital strategy for the firm. He has built Wolf Capital Partners around a disciplined investment process and long-term partnerships with the firm's investors. Prior to founding the firm, Zach spent several years in commercial real estate acquisitions and development across Texas.
A Texas native and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Zach lives in Houston with his wife Natalie and their three children. He spends as much time as he can traveling with his family and out on Lake Austin with his kids.

Anthony Heins
Anthony is a native Houstonian who has familiarized himself with the complexities of the Houston real estate market through years of experience.
He began his real estate career in 2008, and has consistently helped a variety of clients with their unique real estate requests. With a focus on inner loop commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and retail landlord & tenant representation, Anthony has helped developers, investors, and a variety of commercial users with his diverse skill-set.
Anthony values the trust of his clients and the respect of his fellow brokers and agents.

DD Towler
ACQUISITIONS ASSOCIATE
DD is a commercial real estate acquisitions professional with a foundation built on integrity and client-first representation.
Focused on the Houston market, he specializes in sourcing and evaluating acquisition opportunities on behalf of his clients, conducting in-depth market research, identifying target assets, and prospecting directly with owners and brokers to uncover both on- and off-market opportunities.
DD takes a strategic, disciplined approach to each assignment, working to align the right assets with each client's investment objectives. He is committed to building long-term relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and results.
Chiara Cappanera
OPERATIONS AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Chiara began her career in commercial real estate in 2025 and supports marketing, investor relations, and operations for Wolf Capital Partners.
She plays an active role in branding, investor communications, leasing support, and day to day operations, helping bring projects from concept to execution.
In her free time, Chiara enjoys playing and coaching field hockey, traveling, and exploring new places.
